  • Speed Update...

You may be familiar with the movie "House Guest" with Sindbad. Anyway, there's a scene where he's playing speed golf to get away from some bad guys.

We adopted this concept and for years have come up with different ways to implement it into our lives. For instance, we play speed scrabble where we don't keep score and you have no more than five minutes to create a word, and speed bowling where you use any ball and throw it before the pin changer is finished (we haven't gotten in trouble yet for this one *crossing fingers*). It's good for laughs and keeps things interesting.

So ya, this is a speed update since it's been awhile since I've been here.  So hang on, here we go...

I love my Xanga buddies and read the subs everyday. I just spend most of my time on Facebook and don't get over here that often. So, I hope you're all doing well. Thanks for stopping by...

Wow -- look at all those surfboards and wet suits in the garage!  Seriously, though, thank you for this great update!  That old car just gets older and older -- and Daisy gets curiouser and curiouser -- love the family picture, too!

    Is Facebook killing Xanga?

  • mommyfish

@lydellphoto - I still like Xanga for archiving my thoughts. I've gone back years to see what I was up to way-back-when. It's just more of a chore now that I can do "fast food" facebook. I'm going to try and be more diligent about posting here. I just can't get around to everyone like I can with FB, so this is more about keeping my own log, not socializing. *sigh* I just can't be in two place at once, as always...

    Great shots, just catching up,
